🤵 The Judiciary
Judges, collectively known as the judiciary, are responsible for interpreting laws and ensuring fair trials.
The government cannot influence their decisions. If the government's actions are deemed unlawful, judges can compel changes or require Parliament to amend laws. If a public body violates someone's legal rights, judges can mandate reforms and provide compensation.
Additionally, judges settle disputes between individuals or organizations, such as contract disagreements, property issues, employment disputes, or post-accident matters.
